Dulles Park Apts. Is a business... I should know since I am the manager of the property. It is a Senior Complex. The Office hours are Monday - Thursday from 8 am to 2:15 pm. We are closed Friday - Sunday. The phone # is (478) 986-1020. You have to be 55 or older to live here. We are a tax credit property, we accept seniors in the middle to low income bracket. We have to run a credit and criminal check on everybody along with verifying all income and assets. Our apts. have washer & dryer hook ups in each apt. along with microwaves over the stove top, ice makers in the fridges, garbage disposals, dish washers, ceiling fans in the livingrooms, bedrooms & on the patios. We have a small nature trail. We allow Small pets with a pet fee. I also have 68 apts on the property. The tenants here are very nice and welcome the new tenants.
