When we moved to Georgia, we knew no one but our realator and bank. We did not know where the stores were or anything was. We both needed a pharmacy and we saw Rite Aid so we went in and I am so glad we did. The employees are the best. We were greeted with smiles and wanting to help us at the best. We needed to go to the pharmacy and there we were greeted with more smiles and hello's. There was Jason and the girls, Linda, Miss Dasher and many more wonderful employees. They helped us get our medicine transferred and answered questions beyond the call of duty. If anyone is unhappy with this establishment, I would say you were having a bad day. Try it again. I really like this store..every time i have gone in, the employees have always greeted me, and when asked a question, they have always been helpful. The pharmacy folks have always been there, and when they know and call you by name, and ask about your family (with first names), it just gives you that at home feeling. They are always asking about your health and how you are feeling, and have just been all around great folks. Every time I go to Rite Aid in Glennville the employees are so rude. They act like you completely invisible...and like you arent even standing there. I know on several occasions I have asked someone for help and they just walked away and totally ignored me. One day I went to print out pictures from my digital camera on there machine...I sat there for an hour uploading all my photos (I have a ton) and choosing which ones I wanted to print. Right when I was done choosing I asked the woman behind the counter (and yes she was there the whole time) why my pictures where not printing and she looked at me and said..."oh its broke" !!! I sat there for about an hour and this woman was behind the counter the whole time she knew it was broken and didnt even inform me of that fact! Well needless to say I was pretty fired up!
