If I could give a zero star I would. Bought 35each 5" clay pots and saucers to use in church craft project. However, the large vinyl labels on the side of the pots would not come off, therefore we could not paint and decorate them. I obviously needed to return them and get a refund. OOPS!! Guess what, even with a defective product they will not give your money back. So once you purchase it, it is yours. Poor, poor customer service. No where does it state on my receipt there are no refunds. No where in the store does it state this so called "43 year old policy" per Mr Marc Craven. He offers store credit but I don't need anything from his store. I could understand if this was a custom product, but these pots are made by the thousands in Italy!
