Asked an Employee for sockets for an impact wrench. He laughed and said there was no such thing as an impact wrench, upon which I produced the Napa ad I had with me. He grudgingly helped me find the parts I was looking for. After I refused to read and sign a form when their check reader couldn't read my check, he asked me to leave thei store. I have spent hundreds of dollars in that particular store over the last year and can't believe I was treated that way today. I won't be anymore.
