have lived here with my family now for a month, and I have no complaints. Maintenance is always on top of the work orders, so may take longer then other work orders but depends on when it all comes in. The office is friendly and always willing to help with any issues. My son goes in once a day to just say hi and they don't care. Parking is no issue. I feel fine walking by myself outside even when its darker out. I don't hardly hear my neighbors at all.
