Went to get 2 damaged tires replaced from hitting a pot hole. I find out after they put the tires on that they're the wrong ones. And the only option they give me is pay for them or they where going to put the damaged ones back on. Which i did not feel safe driving on. So I was forced to pay for them and 2 more tires so I could have all 4 matching. They are improper tires and the car now drives very poorly. Sadly I had to do it because it's my only car. This was quite possibly one of the worst experiences we have ever had with any business. During a winter storm, the car had to be towed, and our county used this company. The wife of the owner was extremely rude on the phone, and as we later found out from the county sheriff s office, we were overcharged by $125. We were informed later that the county will cease using their services, and we were glad to hear this because we do not want anyone to experience the same events. ...read more
