I want to thankFeed on the Word, Inc. (whose Scripture Tableware dinnerware I sell--and theirs alone) for the wonderful customer service they've provided, not only to me as one of their retailers, but for the great service they've given to MY customers as well.   Scripture Tableware had a very busy Christmas season and I wondered how Feed on the Word would handle the volume they must be getting. (I drop-ship all of my orders directly through the Feed on the Word warehouse.) I wondered if there would be back-orders, which would be disappointments for my customers (there were NONE), delayed shipments (they were either sent on time or earlier than expected), any damaged pieces (only a few out of numerous orders). For the ones that arrived damaged, Feed on the Word was quick to send a replacement in the mail within 48 hours. When customers needed expedited shipping in order to receive Christmas gifts in time for the 25th, Feed on the Word was quick to give the options & shipped out those orders as directed. Not a single customer received their shipment late. This made for a very enjoyable selling season, a season full of emails and phone calls with the nicest customers one could ask for. My repeat customers have become like friends to me. I repeatedly hear from customers that they love the scripture dinnerware & that they're telling their friends about it. They love having God's Word in front of their families and friends at mealtimes. It warms my heart that God has given me this opportunity to not only meet wonderful people through this business, but that He's using Scripture Tableware to show honor to His Name with the exposure of His precious Word in many homes throughout the country. This is my first blog on my MerchantCircle page -- and perhaps I should toot my own horn here, but I have to first give credit to MerchantCircle for an amazing discovery today (12/30/07) . . . I joined MerchantCircle less than 2 months ago, and although I don't have a "local" business--it's an online national one--I thought it wouldn't hurt to put together my profile page & a coupon.
