I was pretty disappointed that this is the typical assembly line, pack-as-many-patients-in type of place. Front desk staff was nice except for one lady that was rude. They all seemed tired and unhappy to be there. The PA Gregory Cavuto spent less than 2 minutes with me; he was in a huge hurry which I found annoying because I had an appointment. He said he didn't know what was wrong with me and he would have to consult with a doctor. The brace lady was nice, but I understand that she does not actually work for the doctor but for the brace company. Once again the front office lady was downright rude to me on the way out; she kept repeating "Thank you!" in a loud voice trying to hurry me out the door. When I called for follow up, the nurse told me to follow the PA's plan for treatment, but he had said he didn't know what was wrong with me! I have been using this practice for over ten years and I must say it doesn't get any better than Dr. Jackson. But Dr. Jackson has moved on to the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville. Now that Dr. J is gone so is the patient care. I have called to make an appointment several times over the past month and got the answering machine where I stated my name dob etc and never received a return phone call WTH??? You can't get anyone on the phone. You must leave a message for everything. If you're looking for a good doctors office skip this place! It's certainly not what it used to be. ...read more

I went to Dr. McColloch for a root canal because my dentist didn't do them. As a professional, I am expecting you to examine my tooth and give me your best, professional judgment. Dr. McCulloch also knew that after getting the root canal that I would be going back to my dentist so that she could do a crown build-up and crown on that tooth. While he was examining my tooth, he was so unprofessional. He badgered me about moving from dentist to dentist, he questioned the capability of my dentist, he told me that he could do the crown build-up on my tooth, etc. After an examination, my dentist and a perodontis both agree that the tooth is not savable. Why in the world would any professional dentist do a procedure on a tooth that he knew was not really savable without maybe performing other cumbersome procedures. Well, let me tell you………MONEY! My final thoughts on my experience with Dr. Terry McCulloch is that he did not act in my best interest when diagnosing what needed to be done. ...read more
