We had our home built 2014 now we have all kinds of issue with the subflooring. They use shoemaker sub contractor, that lie and just do not fix /follow up. We just sent an LLR complaint in SC. The contractor refuse to come back to SC for repair work. TCH allow this to go on. We have found that even going to the company " Billy" was useless and he willingly just wait till warranty on workmanship runs out and just drop the ball even when they have written warranty request given well with in the time frame. After seeing the shoemaker repair job to my bathroom wall that was twisting and the floor sinking under toilet We are almost glad they dropped the ball.
