I pawned some items and the pawnshop in Douglasville GA was broken into. They have never replaced all my jewerly and I have been waiting since Feb 2011 and the robbery happened in Dec 2010. Darryl Harper informed employees at the location not to notify people that their personal items were missing. I pawned my necklase, and their employee damaged my item. Spoke with District Manager Darryl Harper, who was extremely rude and not willing to assist me at all.
