She and her daughter moved to Darien in July of 2013. Not long after she met and married retired firefighter Clay Hutchison, also from central Florida just a few miles from Lexie's former home. Clay had moved to Darien a few years earlier. He bought and revamped a well-known local restaurant, Sapelo Station. Clay poured his blood, sweat and tears into the old gem to make Clay's Sapelo Station, into one of the finest restaurants in the county. It only made sense for Lexie to open her own coffee shop where folks can enjoy a cozy atmosphere, great coffee and scrumptious sweets. Established in 2014.Chicken salad on a croissant is the bomb.
