I called a drain and plumbing to come out to my house I had sewage backing up into my bath tubs and floors they came out right away and fixed my problem and even stayed an extra 30 minutes helping me clean it up. Several years ago we had a problem with the drains backing up on our new construction house. Due to a problem with not being able to get the contractor out, we called Drain Doctor and asked if they would look into the problem. The girl on the line kept assuring us over a two day period that they would be out, but no one ever showed! We waited in a backed up house for two days on the word that these folks were going to show up and they never did. If they did not have the time or resources to come out, they should have told us instead of keeping us waiting around and having to go to the neighbors for bathrooms/showers as we waited.
