My hat goes off to her for striking out on her own and starting a new business in a poor economy. I only wish I could say wonderful things about my ckase and cupcakes. The batter is way to heavy and the icings way to sweet. The icing was like eating a box of sugar and after one bite the rest had to be scraped away. As for the cupcakes, only 1/3 of the paper cup was cake and the rest of the 2/3 of the cupcake papercup was filled with icing. I am trying to find as many vendor spots as I can. If any one knows of any craft show, car show, motorcycle run or any event that has vendors present, let me know asap. I will be selling my made from scratch cakes&cupcakes along with fried pies, fries oreos, fried candy bars.I even have cupcake pies made with real pie filling! I have the best mini cakes you have ever tasted (serves 2). Red velvet, Pound cake, Caramel, golden and more.
