My wife should not have herself "belittled" for being 5 minutes late for her therapy appt today. The receptionist was very rude in THINKING and TELLING her she was 35 minutes late when my wife had written down the time when she was told on her last visit. This should not be done to any patient let alone in an open waiting room with other patients waiting and listening to this. This EMPLOYEE should realize that her job exists BECAUSE of these patients, not the other way around. The therapist is fine, but the receptionist could be replaced........... ...read more
