We went here because it's only one of two providers that accept my son's insurance in the area. On the first visit, he was soaked for an -- uninsured -- "Deep Cleaning." We signed a form detailing how much it would cost and paid up front. After the procedure, we were told it would cost an additional $73. He returned to this place for a followup cleaning because of the lack of other insurance options. We asked twice if the procedure was fully covered and were promised it was. they told us the same thing about getting my husband medical records there would be a $30 charge after being told it would take them a little while before they could get them together after waiting about 15 mins then they told me it would be a charge why didnt they tell me this befpre making me wait them are my husbands records why do i have to pay for something that i have paid for one time already they sure didnt do them for free then told me i have to bring back the xrays within 2 weeks i dont think so.
