Hi Dr. Wendell. I received your office advertisement regarding your services and it stated that you take walk-ins; however when I came to your office this morning Monday (5/18/15) in pain, hoping to receive help, I was told by your staff that you as well as another doctor no longer take walk-ins and that I make an appointment and be seen next week. I'm feeling very irritated right now about the non service I received from your establishment, but thanking God that there are more Doctor offices in Covington GA willing to service new patients! they told us the same thing about getting my husband medical records there would be a $30 charge after being told it would take them a little while before they could get them together after waiting about 15 mins then they told me it would be a charge why didnt they tell me this befpre making me wait them are my husbands records why do i have to pay for something that i have paid for one time already they sure didnt do them for free then told me i have to bring back the xrays within 2 weeks i dont think so.
