Though the longevity of this company would seem to preclude a firmly polished business ethic...it is quite the contrary. From a sub-contractor stand point they are one of the worst to deal with. Examples are: 1) Making change orders without the patience or business knowledge of logistics. 2) Deceptive work practices in regards to trying to try to get the best price via "Industrial bullying". 3) Poor on-site project managers that do not have any involvement in site efficiency or any productiveness whatsoever.
