This bank has got to be the worst about working with people that I have ever seen. I would not put one red sent in this bank and trust that I would ever see it again. Do not borrow any money from this bank. They are the forclosure giant. Your note will be called due in full with no chance of ever being able to keep what you have borrowed the money on. They will take the governments bail out money and put it in there pocket. We tried to reapply several times for our home loan , but they could never seem to keep up with the paper work we had filled out. No call backes until the foreclosure paper. DO NOT USE THIS BANK! I used this bank for almost 8 years and then I went to cash my tax return check and they wanted to charge me $116! FOR ONE CHECK! I had ALWAYS used them to cash my tax check and had NEVER been charged! But suddenly they have become greedy! If they treat someone like this that has been a loyal customer for 8 years, imagine how they would treat someone new! I guess they are trying to make up for a sluggish economy by stealing from the poor to give to the rich! Habersham Bank was great though, and they didn't charge me a dime! Even though I wasn't a costomer there! Needless to say, I have changed banks! ...read more
