I too have not had any service since the begining of September and I am unable to contact anyone. I have switched my trash pick up services to Chase Sanitation Group. They are available 7 days a week for questions by e-mail & phone. If anyone is looking for a new trash pick up service call them. Sanitation Management hasn't picked up my garbage in a month. All calls to their phone # result in a "mailbox is full" message. They were paid in August for next 3 months. Guess I'll never see that refund... My advice, just switch to Chase!! Awesome customer service. They offer recycling. And all this for a lower price. ...read more
