My online college scheduled a proctored exam at this Sylvan for me. It was a 3-hour exam and I was scheduled to be there at 9am sharp. Sylvan told me to arrive early when I called them a few days prior to confirm (their hours are 9-1 but I guess I needed to complete paperwork for them). I got there at 8 and I waited and I waited. Finally I left at 10:30 after nobody had shown up. Even if they arrived at 11, I would not have had enough time to take my exam before they closed. Sylvan had the nerve to report me to my school as a no-show but thankfully I had already sent a string of emails to my school as I was trying to find out why nobody was there.
