Michael Geoffroy at LaMalva Geoffroy & Oeland helped me a great settlement after I got hurt in a car accident. He fought the insurance company and eventually got them to increase their offer by 5 times the original. Wendi says all the right things when you're discussing with her one-on-one, but the second you walk into the courtroom, beware she will flip the script and suddenly works against you. Also, her secretary is not the nicest person in the world--and when you get a copy of your file, just know there may be nasty notes made about you personally in it, that they failed to black out before handing it to you. I hired them back in Feb. after an auto accident. They were very friendly and helpful at first. What I was told would take 30 days for an answer from the insurance company (after I was through with the doctors) has taken 8 months and I am still waiting. The worst part is the law firm will not call me and tell me anything. I have to continue calling them to find out the status of the case. Most of the time I am told to leave a message in which my I never get a return call. I wish I would have never went with this firm and will tell everybody I know in the Atlanta area to not use them. They show no concern, no communication and no motivation to the people that hire and trust them!!! DO NOT USE THEM YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!! ...read more
