When I first called I felt welcomed. The lady on the phone was super nice and patient as I was in a panic. I tried to work on my shower myself and something blew off in the shower and started blowing water everywhere. They had a man come right over to turn my water off. I want to thank you, people of Conyers, for being so good to me and my family. We truly strive to give you our best. As many of you know, I used to work for a BIG plumbing company before I left and started The Plumbing Detectives. I would not trade that experience for anything as it taught me how NOT to run a business. The BIG guys are so set on profit and greed that they forget that their customers are people, not pocketbooks or wallets but REAL people. Rest assured that I will NEVER forget where I came from and will always be considerate of my customers. Without my customers I have no job! It's as simple as that. Unlike the BIG companies, I do NOT have disposable income and can't just use customers up and throw them away. I NEED all of my customers to be satisfied with my service and tell a friend or two.
