He is not fair to black men who come to his court room for child support cases. I work and has always paid my sons mother child support. She got greedy and took it through DHR to get more money. Judge Irwin treated me like I was a criminal who killed someone. Instead of taking out what my attorney calculated what I needed to pay. He set the order for me to pay more than the required amount. Just because I am Black and the baby mother is white. He is a Prejudice and he is not fair to black men. He may be a Judge but he is not above the LAW. I don't understand why they would keep him in a capacity where he isn't fair in his judgement and I don't understand how he can get away with this.
