Charter Communications

Terrible communications. Half way through a 12 month package they dumped 1/2 of our channels and said we would have to change packages if we wanted them back, which would up our price another $50 a month for what we already had. So we cancelled the TV and phone, just have the internet now and only because it's about all we can get where we are currently renting. Will NOT use them after we move. ...read more

By a soldier

Since the 5th of December I have been calling Charter to fix my cable and been told they would there the next day. It has been three days and no one has come. Instead my wife has been called a liar and that they are doing us a favor by sending somebody tommorrow. Unfortunantly the post is subjected to using Charter cause they won the contract but if you are family living on post go to your housing office get a waiver and get satellite installed. Charter is about themselves and not about the people that work hard to protect this country, so they can have a business here. ...read more

Looking to assist you with all your IT needs!

Hi, my name is Jay Owens and I created The C.R.A.S.H. Team a few years ago when I realized that there was a great divide between the average computer user and thos that repair them. I had friends and family coming to me with computer issues, that to them seemed impossible, which I was able to correct quite easily. Other repair shops would ask for exorbitant amounts of money to fix some of the simplest of issues. In the beginning I was doing it just for the experience, and so would charge little or nothing in most cases. Once I gained both experience and confidence, and then realized I was doing myself and my customers a huge disservice. The old adage, "You get what you pay for!" seemed to resonate with me. I realized that people don't mind getting their moneys worth, as long as it was reasonable and the repair was done to the highest of standards. It was at this time that I created, The C.R.A.S.H. Team. Where CRASH now stands for Computer Repair and Software Help! So, I have now been doing this for several years and have come to realize that it is my mission to provide both great service and good advice when it comes to the disposition of a persons/computer needs. I try my best to thoroughly inform all my clients as to the options they have before making any move. It is my hope that you will give me the opportunity to earn your business! I think you'll find that not only will you get your computer/networking issues resolved, but you will gain a friend in the process. ...read more

Googles recent changes

Some website owners have seen some fairly dramatic changes with their website traffic. Some had a good experience while others may have had a negative one. If you are wondering what is going on with Google, read on. Google changed their algorithm, which is a technical way of saying they changed their secret recipe. Google is in the business to attract users that will search the internet using their search engines. The more users that use them, the more businesses will pay to get listed on the top. However, if you do not want to pay every time someone clicks your ad on some obscure website, you get listed based on where Google wants you listed. You must improve your page ranking in the organic fashion. This is not all bad! Google is trying to make the users experience a happy and productive one. This means they want to put websites with fresh unique content at the top of the list. Well, there is more to it than that, but you'll be on the right track. Sites that belong to the free server farms, or get all their content by copying from other sites are finding their way to the bottom of the heap in a hurry. Whereas, sites that are written in updated code practice, have fast loading images, and good original and helpful content are being rewarded with web traffic and higher page rankings.    I build and optimize websites for a living so I am very glad to see Google finally implement the rules they have been pushing on us.  It was getting frustrating seeing sites that barely qualifying to be classified as a website  gaining search results on page one. Those days are ending. Now high quality websites will dominate the top rankings. Steve Thomas evolutions46.com ...read more
