After reading glowing reviews for Richard's Gems and Jewelry, I visited Fernando to have several pieces reappraised. I am so very glad that I did. Fernando, along with Pablo and the entire team at Richard's is absolutely a pleasure to work with. I walked in during a very busy Friday afternoon, and I was immediately and very warmly greeted by Fernando. He is patient and really understands what it means to deliver excellent customer service. This is my favorite restaurant in Columbus, hands down! I have dined in and I have gotten my orders to go. The staff is always courteous and my order is always cooked right and fresh.
