I would rate this poor excuse for a business with less than 1 but it will not allow anything lower. They had 2 weeks to alter the suit. When we went to pick it up, it was not ready. We were given the following Monday as the day that it would be ready. Picked up suit and brought it home. Whoever they have altering their clothes apparently does NOT know what they are doing. Went back to the store again the following day and requested that the jacket be exchanged and was told that that was impossible. Also, told that we should have picked the suit up earlier than Monday, I stated that the day that we were scheduled to pick the suit up was Monday and we did NOT receive a call stating that the suit was ready earlier. Was then told that they don't call people that we had the option to call and check to see if the suit was ready earlier. WHY WOULD I DO THAT? We had a SCHEDULED day to pick this suit up. In closing, Suit City is a horrible, terrible, awful business not only are their suits poorly made and altered but the employees/owner of this business are nasty rude people who should NOT be working in customer service and do not care if their customers are happy with the finished product that they purchase. I really like the clothes for my children, but do not enjoy shopping in this store, the sales associates gossip loudly about each other, are very unprofessional and rude. They need to review their customer service behavior, as it is very poor. ...read more
