Saw a magazine advertisement for RSL in a Columbus Wedding magazine and was really interested in the up lighting and draping for my daughter's upcoming wedding. Began contacting them for information in June with no success. Left message after message, but received no return call. Then saw them at a bridal expo in August, talked to the rep, explained I tried to get info and his response was they were closed in July, just get him square footage of the venue and e'd get back with me. Sent in an email with aware footage and received no response. Called numerous times to follow up, no response.
