In April 2014 I paid Mr. Kirby to handle my divorce with my husband who is currently incarcerated. Mr.Kirby said this case shouldn't take but 1 to 2 months. Next month will make a year since that was said. He doesn't keep in contact with you at all and when you are finally able to set up a meeting with him he gives you a TON of excuses on why he hasn't started yet. His father was a great lawyer but he is far from being a GOOD lawyer.Please save your money it is almost as if he is running a scam according to all of these negative reviews he has. ...read more
