If we could give 10 stars, we would do just that for this company. We hired Ramey to tow a motor home over of the hardest mountains in north Georgia. Brian was our driver, and he was so careful to make sure our motor home was secure and safe. He drove VERY carefully and was just wonderful. today i tried to pick up my truck from Ramey motors in cleveland Ga. (spending over $2,100.00) in cluding installation and proper operation.Mr Ramey tried to deliver me a finished product where ROPE was holding on 2 of the doors, no keys to any of the locking bins and the main locking system not working.when i confornted them and asked for proper operation of these items he got loud, rude, agressive and refused to make any of the repairs and threaten to remove the bed and not release my truck until i paid for his labor.inresult i had to contact the local sheriffs office to get my truck and belongings out of the old truck bed. him and i his crew of hench men were racial and extremely confintational.PLEASE BEWARE OF RAMEY MOTORS AND TOWING CLEVELAND, GA. ...read more
