I contracted with Affordable to replace my roof & gutters. This included a gutter cover & replacing any damaged plywood or fascia board. After only a couple of years the gutter began to pull away from the house & droop badly. I made three appointments with Affordable. They not only failed to show at the scheduled time but did not even show me the courtesy of calling to cancel. They stopped returning my phone calls. When I finally did get in contact with them they wanted to be paid again for what they failed to do properly the first time. No Way. They also claimed to record a phone conversation without giving notification that it was being recorded. In my opinion they are UNRELIABLE, UNTRUTHFUL & UNPROFESSIONABLE. I expected new gutters to last for many years. I had to pay someone else to do them right. Affordable took my money & wanted nothing else to do with me. BEWARE!!!! ...read more
