I was in the truck behind his the day this happened. He left his car in drive and drove through the tunnel. The manager, who I spoke with, after the whole confrontation was overwhelmingly baffled by how incredibly awful and rude this guy was. He left it in drive, as the manager was running to hit the stop button and knocked on the back of the car. Without being told to do so the guy drove right back up to the gate, which the manager then opened for him right away. The customer engaged the manager yelling, screaming, and cursing. NOT the other way around! I'm amazed the manager didn't lay him out, I would have. I hate to see his word gets put out there when he started the entire situation because of his ignorance. The staff is not helpful and rude. I obviously was trying to get my car washed while the manager was recovering from a hang over. He could barely speak coherently, but managed to be rude and insulting anyway. None of my cars will ever enter the facility again, neither should yours. ...read more
