I believe a persons worth should be based on their tenacity and dedication to the underlying principles of their profession. Therefore, win or lose, my recommendation would still be the same. Mr. Hopkins is a very intelligent and calculating individual as well as a natural people reader. He is able to quickly notice inconsistencies and errors in both clients and cases. He has no problem articulating what is on his mind in an effective and confident manner, while also having the ability to be selective in what he chooses to articulate and what he decides to keep to himself in a professional manner. Mr. Hopkins possesses a great deal of love and admiration for his profession, with a high degree of respect and dedication to the ethical principles that govern it. The idea of someone violating these principles seems to greatly upset Mr. Hopkins, which is to be expected of any honorable person in his career field, and more so than average. It is because of my assessment of Mr. Hopkins' overall character, fearless tenacity, and unyielding dedication to the principles of his profession that I give him my full support and highest recommendation. ...read more

Was charged with cruelty to children etc as part of an exes nuclear option divorce. I wanted to escape bad marriage without a record as I would like to avoid any criminal record. Employment etc. Candace recommended we seek a pre trial diversion and then get an expungement of the arrest / charge later. Well.. After about 5500... we were able to secure a pre trial diversion. She did not know, or neglected to tell me, or overlooked, that unless capability to expunge is part of the agreement, then a pre trial diversion and related arrest is not expungeable.I agree with all of the other reviews negatives. Dog in office. Crew of unprofessional part time overlapping staff. Late to all appointments, etc. What I originally saw as a fun nontraditional effective group, I now regarded as unprofessional, and lacking quality focus. I should have seen the warning signs. They are good sales. Poor in my case in the blocking and tackling associated with the practice of law. ...read more
