Very fun class. I'm not very fit, but even I was able to follow along and learn a good deal. Very patient teacher who's willing to explain something over and over if needed. Shows by example and step by step which is really helpful. Free classes are awesome. Wouldn't mind paying when they have a building of their own! This Thursday, July 28, free classes will be held at Fellowship Church in Baldwin, GA. The church is located at 230 Commercial Boulevard. The schedule is as follows: Wing Chun from 3:30pm to 4:30pm. Women's self defense 4:45pm to 5:15pm. Wing Chun from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. Make sure to wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing that you can move in easily. No open toed shoes please. Arrive a few minutes early to be checked in, added to the mailing list, and to fill out a couple of required forms. This class is for adults only. These same classes will be held again on August 11.
