Not customer friendly. Be sure to get quote in writing before work begins. Quote should contain total price and work to be completed. Company verbally stated $125 to come out, then that amount would be applied toward total for fix. In actuality, the company charges $125 per visit, then $100 per hour labor charge on top of that.
