I was hired to shoot video for HighTide Events last year at the Nezian Festival. I did not receive the deposit money beforehand, but was assured multiple times that, due to lack of immediate funds, I would receive the money from ticket sales the day before.I did not receive the full deposit that day, only part, but was told that I would receive the rest the next day. That did not happen.I still don t have the full deposit, communication has been limited, at best, and Naomi Tuiolesega (The supposed owner) has been less than professional in her responses to my many requests for payment.I saw nothing that would indicate that anybody else s experience has been much better.If you want an events company that can communicate in a professional and efficient manner, then I would recommend going elsewhere. ...read more
