I used to be a customer of geeksonsite and over a 3 month time span had several issues with their customer service and techs arriving to my place when they were scheduled. Long story short, I received information technology engineering as a referral from a close friend whom has use the company for about 2 months and I use their services last week and wanted to give the owner and his staff a good review because these guys prices are actually much cheaper then my past tech company I used, they arrived on time, well actually about 30 minute before they were suppose to be a my residence but I had the FBI virus on my computer and couldn't get on the internet of past the message. Tyshon removed the virus within the first 10 minutes of arriving and I asked him to back up all my pictures and files on my system. We did subcontract work for "Pro Oncall"/National Cable back in August and have not been able to collect payment. We get the run around over and over........Dennis is out of town, The checks are signed and the best, "I just put the checks in the mail".
