I went to see Dr. Connie Smith for severe nasal congestion. First of all, she rudely asked my spouse to leave the room. My spouse is the one who takes car of me while I am ill. Next she diagnosed me with a cold. I later went to a walk in clinic and was diagnosed with impacted and infected sinuses. Sinus problems do not mean I have a cold. I presented no cough, or physical aches other then my sinuses. She was so impatient and ready for me to leave she didn't ask for prior illness or family history. I took my husband there to be treated for his asthma and the employees were so hateful and rude toward us. We waited 2hours to see the doctor. When he finally came in, he was only in there for 5 minutes. Everyone was snappy and disrespectful. I don't recommmend this hospital to anyone unless you want to be treated like dirt. ...read more
