RC'S Mastertroubleshooting May Be Relocating

... to the Virginia/Tennesee area. Here at RC's Master Troubleshooting, my fiance and I, (this is Eve the web designer), RC, went to visit family and have talked about moving there very briefly. Well, this time as we began to approach and then cross the mountains, we said what we usually do ... that it is so beautiful there and nostalgic for me, and my daughter, her hubby and children are there. Most of my family is from Tennessee. So, within a few days, we will decide if and when it's going to happen. There are other reasons that add to our desire to move, but this is a good update for now. Once we get settled in, at least somewhat, we will change the address on this site and others. Our phone number is likely to remain the same, regardless of where we may move. We may leave a listing here in Augusta for those who already know us, and have had us to do motorcycle repair, auto repair, truck repair, houseboat, jetski and boat repair, and for the phone calls that we know we will still get. We anticipate having repeat business here that will be worthwhile to come back for, and an "excuse" to visit as well. We are mainly excited, but also a little sad, and even, perhaps, a bit reticient. But we know we will make it work. We have begun to check out the local Harley-Davidson site, Smith Brothers Harley have looked at some harley-for-sale ads, and will begin to check out the locals marinas, rivers, lakes and campground. We also work on campers and camper trailers along with provide discount auto parts, motorcycle parts and more through ebay, google checkout, paypal and other avenues. We will still have a coupon, or coupons, for Augusta and any area that we travel to and plan on checking out other Harley-Davidson sites, motorcyle discount parts warehouses or suppliers and promote our advanced auto parts sales link more now. We plan on branching out a lot more online with affiliate marketing, posting on amazon.com with perhaps an amazon.com store, an ebay store, and we will utilize Google Checkout and Paypal, along with other sources and will accept payments world-wide. If anyone has any input, ideas, suggestions or advice on ANYTHING, please feel free to input! We will update you soon!.One of our amazon.com affiliate storeshttp://astore.amazon.com/rcebayad20-20   ...read more

By The Dixons ... Ron and Emily

Not too sure how to write this review without sounding too staid OR too effusive either, haha. Mr. Bethune, AKA "RC", took our call after what we figured would be too late in the evening, early evening, but we had heard and read to give him a shot even so. He drove out to US, more than 15 miles from him at the time, probably over 20, and didn't even charge us for that. We found out that he did have a coupon to that effect, but we didn't know it then, and he didn't even tell us that he was really doing us a favor, or that we had to have that lil coupon either. He came up with a unique idea for fixing our bike that was safe, super cheap, and then we went back the next day, drove the bike to him, and he did a thorough job of fixing all of our little problems. He didn't leave any stone unturned, as they say, yet charged us a really reasonable price. He even threw in some little extras he had on-hand and then he showed us how he sometimes has Harley parts and other items for sale too. ...read more

Awesome, Awesome, Awesome. Great experience with these guys, specifically Mellisa, Tony, and Wayne. Here's the situation.........We had a left front tire blow out on our 33ft RV, outside of Augusta just 5 miles inside the SC state line. We called AAA around midnight shortly after we got our RV stopped and pulled over to the side of the road. After doing our best to try to explain to them where we were and that we would need a tow and not just some to change a tire, they sent someone from Wanyes towing (Aiken,SC) to change the tire / evaluate the situation. After he agreed that we would need a tow, he contacted their "heavy load" guy to come get his. He told us that he was just finishing up a job but should be done soon and would call. After a couple of hours without a call, we called AAA to see what the status was. Evidently the "heavy Load" guy decided he was done for the night, as AAA said they wouldn't be able to get a truck out until 8AM. This left us stranded on the side of the r ...read more
