YOU ONLY GET TO SEE A PA. I HAVE NEVER SEEN A DR. THE 4 TIMES I HAVE GONE THERE THEY ARE NOT VERY ACKNOWLEDEABLE EVEN WITH SIMPLE THINGS THEY DONT FOLLOW UP ON REFERALS WHEN THEY OUTSOURCE YOU. THEY DONT CARE WHAT YOU REFER AS FAR AS WHICH DRS. -HOSPITALS YOU WAT TO BE OUTSOURCED TOO. THEY ARE RUDE IT'S A WAIST OF TIME! THEY DONT LIKE LOW INCOME INSURANCES AND AGAIN- YOU WILL NEVER SEE A DOCTOR AND TOLD OFTEN A DR. IS NOT ON SITE. ...read more

The first time I went to Urgent MD in Grovetown they took great care of me! The only bad thing was the nurse that gave me an injection didn't seem to know what she was doing. The injection was supposed to be in my hip and she gave it on my upper side. The second time I needed urgent care, I went again to Urgent MD in Grovetown; it was on a Friday. I was prescribed a med that made me super sick so I called Urgent MD in Evans that Saturday morning to get a different prescription (Grovetown is closed on weekends). They said they'd have to take a message and talk to the doctor but assured me that someone would call me back that day. I was super miserable! They never called back and no prescription was called in. I ended up having to go to the ER on Sunday. Monday afternoon I received a call that a prescription was called in on Monday morning. Seriously?? I asked what happened to taking care of me on Saturday; basically they said oops! I said I wanted to file a complaint with someone. After considerable run-around, I ended up leaving a voice mail on the "office manager's" line. Surprise, surprise, no one ever called back. The PA at Grovetown is super nice but the support staff at both Grovetown and Evans offices are awful! If you want to go someplace good......keep looking! ...read more
