Went to CSRA with intention of buying a specific 5th wheel. When realized the finance person was the same as receptionist, kinda strange. Anyway, I didnt get the loan through CSRA associated banks. No one from CSRA called me, I had to call them to find out. I had over 10K to put down...no one ever asked. I felt as though they did not work FOR me...it was, Oh well...never got a call afterwards saying "if there's anything we can do..."...I just felt that the dealership was not on my side and did not do anything to help me.
