I have been attempting various work out and exercise to loose weight. Today i went to i love kick boxing. I thought to myself I will give it a try 3 classes for 20.00 not bad. Did not really plan on doing more than the three classes. When i got there, i met with Courtney and I must say she was very encouraging, positive and full of energy. She explained every thing. Then came the class. When i tell u i thought i was gonna fall over and die, they work the hell outta me. In a good way. Courtney was very patient when i couldn't do the moves she encourage me to modify them for now. She was so encouraging the entire time. After wards she kept telling me i did a good job. (Even though I though I sucked) she kept reminding me that this was my first class. After i left I thought about that. I'm 51 years old and have Been sitting on my but cheeks living a very sedentary life for as long as I can remember. I did dam good for my first kickboxing class. Thanks Courtney.
