This had to be one of the most frustrating experiences I have had when trying to cancel. The man I spoke with was rude from the minute he picked up the phone and then it went down hill from there. I said we wanted to cancel and when he said the charges we saw on the bank statement were from this company he asked for the full credit card number. I asked why they needed the full number to refund as they must have the number in their system to have billed the card to begin with. He got very rude with me and said to call back when I was willing to give him what he needed to cancel. Still not answering my question or helping me whatsoever. I will go to the bank and ask them to reverse the charges on the card rather than deal with this company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY - Their customer service is HORRIBLE and they blame everything on you. They did call me back to tell me (or threaten me) that the charges will not be reversed because they recorded the conversation with my mother giving permission to bill the card and when I want to act like an adult and give them what they need they would cancel the order...
