I was disappointed with the lack of customer service. However, the most concerning attribute is the lack of organization within the firm. My law firm used Professional Document Services to put together discovery material for a very important case. The job was sloppy, even after the owner had to call several times for "clearer directions". Most litigation support services I have dealt with are more up to speed when it comes to the jobs that we request. The main phone number seems to go straight to the owner's cell phone, and when he is able to answer, he is seemingly in a vehicle and very distracted. I do not like talking bad about businesses, and hesitated to write this review. After the fourth mishap in dealing with this company, I have had enough. I would not recommend this company to anyone. This little local copy center always comes through with excellent customer service. We like to spend our money locally and with other small businesses. East Atlanta Copy Center is close to us, they are independent and they provide fast service for a fair price. Recently East Atlanta Copy Center even provided next day business cards for us over the phone and email when I was out of town and unable to drop in. The "big guys" have to send this work out but ours were done in-house quickly and for about the same cost. We highly recommend this business if you are in or near East Atlanta--or even if you are not. They will take care of you! ...read more
