My Husband, Lanneau L Smith, had back fusion surgery at Northside in Jan/Feb 2001, by Drs Max Steuer and Christopher Tomaras. We live at 3300 Creekwood Ct, Marietta,GA at the time. We now live in Pinehurst, NC and additional back fusion is being considered. Our Surgeon's office at First Health, Neurosurgery has faxed a request for his surgical records 3 times. 12/18/15, 1/15/16 and 2/8/16. Calls to 404-851-8102 have also gone unanswered, The fax have gone to 404-851-8110 Attn: Diane. There has been no response to Kelly request from our Physician's office. Rude Human Resource department. Called, as I was told to do, to follow up on some paperwork for a job at this hospital. I did get the position, but the woman I spoke to over the phone had the WORST attitude. I would have fired her on the spot for the way she spoke to me. Love this hospital, awful woman, her first name is Marsha. She should find another job obviously she hates the one she has. ...read more
