First and last time to stay at this hotel!! Room was clean and comfortable but I will NOT go back! We were accused of damaging the room and our credit card was charged $125 for repairs. We were notified by a message on our cell phone 2-3 hours after checking out. When we returned the call, we were told what damages we were being accused of and that the repairs had already been made! No chance for us to see the damage. When we left the room to go check out, everything was in order and intact. We are not the type to damage other people's property. My advise is to inspect your room, take photos upon arrival and departure to prove you did not damage anything! We have filed a complaint with Choice Hotels Guest Relations and disputed the charges on our credit card. ...read more

terrible, just terrible. Horribly managed, conning people for money. I have never felt more stressed. Front staff is untrained, called for appointment and sh never asked me what services I wanted. Called back and she had chosen services for me. Huh???? Never again. ...read more

I have never really been interested in reviewing a hotel as I always feel that I get what I pay for. If I am spending $150 a night, I pretty much "expect" people to be professional, and the room to be clean, etc. Well, this is my first review of a hotel as I have been very pleased with my experience at the Hotel Indigo. Not only are the rooms clean and inviting, but the location is excellent being right across from the Fox theater and Churchill Grounds cafe. The icing on the cake is that the guy working the front desk, Mike, paid very close attention to our conversation when I checked in and went well above and beyond the "call of duty" to extend, as he called it, "Southern Hospitality". I have been thoroughly impressed and will definitely be staying here again if I am in the area. ...read more
