I went to the Chick-fil-A bowl and bought a souvenir cup soft drink. When I bought it 2 concession stand workers both said you get free refills with the cup. I go to get a free refill at the beginning of the 3rd quarter and was told that the free refills are no longer available. I told the concession stand worker that I was told I would have free refills with the souvenir cup. The worker's response was: ""My manager said refills are no longer available."" I tried 2 other lines and heard the same explanation. Another person in line in front of me asked for a refill and was denied. She was able to get one in the first half but could not get a refill. This program is the best Kept Secret in South Fulton. My 5 year old loves this place. The staff are so polite and the after school program is great. We will continue to support this great program. ...read more
