Worst Place I have had to live in Atlanta, Do not be drawn in by Low Rent Specials, they Should be Free with lack of maintenance and order with this property,,, the management is RUDE, Disrespectful, And UN-knowledgeable. From the time I booked the party until the very end, the staff at HippoHopp were awesome to work with. They answered all of my questions and graciously accommodated my special requests. We just celebrated my daughter's 2nd birthday at HippoHopp yesterday. We had the BEST TIME EVER!!! The party room was decorated so beautifully, the food was hot and delicious (I highly recommend the honey BBQ wings....Yum!). Jasmin, our hostess was magnificent! She's super sweet and was highly attentive to all of our needs. I didn't have to lift a finger because Jasmin was always right there to take care of everything, including lighting the candles and cutting the cake. The kids loved the face painting. It made for even cuter pictures. Even my guests were commenting on what a great place it was. We all had a wonderful experience. This place is great for a WEEKDAY playdate/meetup, BUT not ideal for a young child's birthday! There were too many parties scheduled at the same time as my 2 year old's and that made the place SO crowded it was overwhelming for the children AND adults and hard to keep the little ones in sight! Also, the gifts were not kept in the party room, but kept near the entrance and 2 gifts were misplaced/taken! These gifts were from TWO different people and the lost gifts were very upsetting, especially for the GIVERS!
