MY FAMILY RENTED A HOME IN LITHONIA FROM CITISIDE PROPERTIES. WE ARE SO DISAPPOINTED IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT TAKES A MONTH AT THE LEAST TO GET ANYTHING FIXED EVEN IF ITS A ROOF LEAK OR AIR CONDITIONING. THE MANAGEMENT FROM THIS COMPANY WILL NOT RETURN YOUR PHONE CALLS UNLESS ITS REGARDING MONEY.
