This is an excellent franchise run by John and Patsy Sedberry. The service if professional - they always have the right equipment, clean, well maintained and waiting for me when I arrive. This has not been my experience for other franchises or other companies. The people at the U-Haul, Clairmont Road location 'go the extra mile' to help – finding trucks when previously none had been available, working things out so I could rent a truck for an extra day. I like doing business wth the the U-haul Clairmont Road franchise; I know that I will always be well treated and that the owners and staff will do everything they can to help me accomplish my goals.
