I had 2 machines that went down recently due to a virus infection. I found MobilTek on here and decided to give them a try. After all, they were MUCH cheaper than GeekSquad, Office Depot, or even Office Max. The technician was very polite and helpful when I called, and I decided to just let them come check them out. The machines wouldn't even boot they were so badly infected. Since they were both previously-licensed Dell machines, MobilTek only charged me $30 each machine to totally reinstall and give my machines a "fresh start". Best $60 dollars I have ever spent on my computers! The tech even installed virus protection to help reduce the chances of this happening again. I rented a livingroom set and bedroom set from this store. Unfortunately both the couch and the love seat arrived with small tears. The couch had a nail sticking out of the leg that scratched by brand new hardwood floor. I paid on time every month and every time I made a payment, I requested that someone repair the holes in the couch and loveseat. I was promised each time that someone would call me to arrange repair. No one ever did. I decided to just save up and buy new furniture and return the damaged junk. They were very rude and kept delaying pickup even though I told them that new furniture was being delivered. Finally I had to call their corporare office. If you have to rent, go to Rent-A Center in Winder. They have good customer service and have been very pleasant to deal with. I will never shop New Avenue again. ...read more
